Incorporight Inc., d.b.a. Incorporight, is approved as an authorized participant in the Access to Innovation project and may provide the following services in Ontario:

• Operation of an online corporate law service to help entrepreneurs create a new corporation, make changes and complete annual filings under the Ontario Business Corporations Act and Canada Business Corporations Act.

The provision of these services by Incorporight is subject to the terms and conditions of the Access to Innovation Project Participation Agreement between Incorporight and the Law Society of Ontario dated as of January 4, 2024.
